Join Our Creative Network

These are the steps you need to take if you are a queer creative based in Wales and would like to register with On Your Face Collective.

Becoming a registered Creative

Becoming a registered creative is free and means you'll become part of our growing creative network. We'll keep you informed about opportunities, commissions, open calls, exhibitions, workshops, collaborations and events that may be relevant to your practice.

Step 1

Complete the Registration Form

Click the Register link below to complete our registration form.

︎︎︎ Register as a creative:
This form is for visual, multidisciplinary artists, theater makers, writers and other art forms.

︎︎︎ Register as a band or musician:
If you are a musician, band, composer, DJ, producer or music-based creative, please complete our Register as a Musician form instead.
This form has been designed specifically for music practitioners and helps us categorise your profile correctly within our creative directory.

These forms ask about you, your creative practice, your experience and the kinds of opportunities you'd like to hear about. It also allows you to upload examples of your work and provide the information we'll need to create your profile if your application is successful.

The form usually takes around 20–40 minutes to complete, depending on how much information you choose to include.

You will also be asked to upload images for your online profile and links to your work. Both images and links will be assessed when reviewing your application.

Please note

The online form is only active for one hour.

If it remains open for longer than this, any information you've entered may be lost.

Need a little longer?

If you would prefer to complete your answers at your own pace, you can download a Word version.

When you're ready, simply copy and paste your answers into the online form and submit it.
