These are the steps you need to take if you are a queer creative of Wales and want to be registered with On Your Face.








We are not currently accepting new applications. 

Applications will open in scheduled rounds throughout the year.
The upcoming application periods are:

February 1- March 13
June 1- August 31
Early 2027 (exact dates to be announced)



In the meantime, you’re welcome to begin preparing your application and gathering the required materials.

When applications open, we will offer one-to-one support for those who need assistance and will be happy to answer any questions.





First step


Once the round starts you need to email us to onyourfacecollective@gmail.com with:


  • The form filled out with your information.   
  - Find the form for artists here.
  - Find the form for musicians and bands here
 

    You will have to download it, fill it out and send it to us.


︎ As part of your application in your form, you will need to have a professional artist statement. If you are not sure what that looks like here are some guidelines, you can also have a look at the other registered creatives for some inspiration.

︎ You will also be required to share a link to a portfolio or website





Second step


If your application has been accepted, you will need to send us:

  • An image for your profile (a logo, an image of you or an image of your art)
  • Content showcasing work (this could include a set of images, video URL, sound URL, text…

* If you are a visual artist you will be required to send a minimum of 4 images

Once you have sent us the images, we will create a profile for you on the website with the information you have provided us. We will be showing your work on social media.

From this point, you will be on our mailing list and we will contact you once any opportunities and events arises.

If you have accessibility needs and need assistance filling out the form, we can organise a zoom meeting to talk you through the form and fill it up for you. We are also working towards creating a video to talk you through the questions and we accept applications in other formats like video from applicants with accessibility needs.
