Noah Gee




Noah is recognised for their expertise in 2D animation and collaborative approaches to filmmaking. Their work explores their personal explorations of gender expression, as well as the wider LGBTQIA+ Community in North Wales and the UK.

Through their work with TAPE: Community Music and Film, an organisation in Old Colwyn dedicated to promoting access and inclusion within music, film and media industries, Noah has also facilitated a range of projects with schools and communities.

Noah’s work has been presented at Crossing Frames: Wales and Japan Animation Exchange Exhibition’ In Japan, at the 2025 London International Animation Festival in London, and the 2023 Brighton International Animation Festival. They were awarded the 2022 Gogs Film Festival and the 2023 RTS Wales Awards and also co-created the ‘TAPE Animation Festival’, the first dedicated animated film festival in North Wales.
Noah is also a grantee of the BFI Doc Society short film funding, in which they have been delving into animated documentary exploring the queer community and chosen family dynamics in North Wales.
