Do you want to be more involved with OYF? If you want to offer your expertise, time and skills, if you have a vision and want to take a more active part in shaping on your face without the pressure of being a director, the membership might be an ideal fit for you.

We are looking to have a diversity of expertise and voices within our membership. We want to hear from musicians, film-makers, curators, designers, musicians and all the spectrum of creatives!

As a member you will be able to join most of the meetings and to take part in shaping OYF without the responsibilities and pressures that directors have, you will be able to have your voice heard in the meetings and to be hands on and help out with tasks that are within your skill set.

We are looking for a total of 8 members

We are looking for a representative of different disciplines (music, film, writers, academia…) and people with different skill sets (business development, marketing, law, grant application, and fundraising…) as well as more general audiences who are interested in shaping the current cultural queer scene in Wales.

We are looking for people who want to make a difference, who want to be part of OYF and who want to see the queer arts scene bloom in Wales.
