Our membership programme brings together LGBTQIA+ artists, organisers and community members across Wales to help guide our work, share ideas and build a stronger creative community.

This is an opportunity to come together, share skills and experiences and play an active role in guiding our organisation and the projects we deliver. Members will help build a strong, supportive LGBTQ+ community, meeting once a month with sessions alternating between online and in-person.
As a member, you'll be invited to join our regular meetings (online and in person), contribute to discussions about the organisation, and, if you'd like, get involved in projects, events and other voluntary opportunities.
Who can become a member?
Membership is open to LGBTQIA+ people living in Wales who want to support and help shape On Your Face Collective.
Membership is free, and when you sign up you'll have the option to:

Every donation helps us to carry on doing the work we do and create more opportunities for LGBTQIA+ creatives across Wales.
As a social enterprise, On Your Face belongs to the community. This membership programme is about shared leadership ensuring our work reflects the voices, needs and desires of LGBTQ+ people across Wales, and creates lasting positive impact.
